34 years with Johnson & Johnson, 20 of which as its Managing Director for Indonesia and India, Naren currently serves on several boards viz. Godrej Consumer Products, Agro. Tech. Foods, Parag Milk Foods, RPG Life sciences , Disney UTV , Indian Society of Advertisers and Advertising Standards Council of India.
Leveraging his own considerable experience in management and leadership, he helps Hi-potentials & executives enhance their own management & leadership capabilities, especially where there is need for multiple stakeholder expectation management; managing & delivering on expectations being more often than not, the root cause of pressure and stress at the workplace.
He is based in Mumbai.

With over 3 decades as CEO of a multi-division, multi-country, global corporation, Naren has acquired & developed many stress management and life balancing skills.
