Raghunandan, a Serial Entrepreneur turned Coach comes with a vast industry / entrepreneurial experience of more than 30 years. Promoted Servion Global Solutions along with four other professionals in 1995-96, he assumed charge as its MD & CEO and remained in that position until 2004. He took on the mantle of a Strategic Investor and CEO of Indium Software, scaled up the company’s operations globally and transformed its strategy, to achieve an impressive tenfold growth.  Currently runs Disha Strategic Foundation, a Business Coaching enterprise for over a decade.

Professional Experience

Raghunandan’s professional working career includes roles in Product Management & Sales for companies like Tata Burroughs Ltd, TVS Electronics Ltd, MicroLand, and Seiko Epson Corp, where he specialized in acquiring and managing global clients across various geographies. He was a renowned cross cultural manager with significant experience managing employees, vendors, principals from the US, Europe and Japan.

Academic Qualifications

He holds a B.Tech from IIT–BHU and an MBA from IIM Bangalore.

He is currently, the Founder and CEO of Disha Strategic Foundation, an organization focusing on business transformation through Executive Coaching, Business Coaching and Strategy Implementation. A professionally accredited CEO coach from the Coaching Foundation of India (CFI).
