Ravi Santhanam is a Leadership Coach & Business Consultant. He brings over a decade of experience as Managing Director & CEO of large organisations, in addition to insights gained over 36 years as a professional. Experiences across functions and in general management, has given him a realistic appreciation of the opportunities and challenges, at every level in every function.

His final three corporate assignments were:

• MD & CEO - HML including Mitsubishi Motors business in India
• MD & CEO - Mahindra Holidays
• Executive Vice President - Mahindra & Mahindra

In recent years, he has been coaching CEOs and CXOs across industries, helping them and their organisations grow.

His experiences span across:

• New technology service businesses as well as traditional brick & mortar businesses
• MNCs as well as Indian Corporations
• Business Heads as well as Functional Heads; Sales, Marketing, Operations and others.

Current Involvements

Ravi is also actively engaged in Engineering & Management education and Business Consulting. This helps him stay current. He is also a keen sailor and has been recognised for his contributions.
